If you click the ‘Enrol new user’ button then you can either add users individual (first name, surname and email address) or upload a CSV (Excel) file using the template provided.
You can assign users to this e-learning module using an access code. Please click on ‘Group Code’ below and give your code a recognisable name. You can also set a time limit for the code, for instance if you wanted the users to complete the e-learning within the next month. If there is no set time limit then you can set the end date a long way in the future (for instance this day next year).
The Code Status refers to whether or not the code is live and if people can use the code to join the group.
Simply share the code and ask users to sign up on the Group Code Registration page, where they will be ask to create an account and the will gain instance access to the course.
