Some of the questions require you to provide more than one answer, which will be indicated on the page. You will need to choose more than one answer before you can move on to the next question.
To progress through the e-learning module, the website needs to register that you have completed everything in that section. This means you need to click to open every text box and interact with every ‘clickable’ element. You also need to ensure that every video is fully completed, and runs all the way to the end (fading to black). Once you have completed all the content in the section, the ‘Next’ button will turn red and you will be able to continue.

Multiple licences
Yes, if you still have seats available in your group then you can assign yourself one and undertake the e-learning.
On the Groups Dashboard you will be able to see a list of all of the learners in your group and under the ‘Report’ tab, whether or not they have completed the e-learning. Please note that learners will need to remember to press the ‘Mark Complete’ button after completing the module for their completion to be registered.
If a user goes to ‘My Account‘ then they can reset their password. Alternately, on the Groups Dashboard if you find them in the list and click ‘Re-invite’, you will be able to send them a password reset email.
Once a seat has been assigned it counts as one of the licences that you have purchased, so you cannot use it for someone else. If you have made a mistake and the wrong person has been assigned, then get in touch and we can help you resolve this – deafaware@msdp.org.uk
If you are logged in and purchase more licences then you can choose to ‘Increase seats in an existing group’ and then choose your existing group from the dropdown menu. Alternately, you can choose to ‘Create a new group’.
You can do this on the My Account page under Orders.
